Unlike most neighbourhoods in Windermere, Aspen Meadows will have urban amenities such as asphalt roads and concrete curbs. The entire neighbourhood will tap into a new underground sewer system, reducing environmental impact in the aquifers and Lake Windermere. Other services such including water, electric, telephone and cable will be buried underground. All of this will combine to make Aspen Meadows easier on the environment as well as the eyes!
